I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#120520) in the state of California. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Elon University and a Master of Social Work from San Diego State University. My professional experience includes working in hospice care, at a community mental health clinic serving individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders, and in private practice.

I am a San Diego native. Outside of my work, I find joy in spending time with my dog, Milo. I also love getting outdoors—whether that’s hiking, walking, or running. Coffee, reading, and podcasts are some of my favorite everyday pleasures.

Scheduling:

I offer sessions by appointment during both daytime and evening hours. All appointments are conducted through secure telehealth, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort and convenience of your own space.
