I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#120520) in the state of California. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Elon University and a Master of Social Work from San Diego State University. My professional experience includes working in hospice care, at a community mental health clinic serving individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders, and in private practice.

I am a San Diego native. Outside of my work, I find joy in spending time with my dog, Milo. I also love getting outdoors—whether that’s hiking, walking, or running. Coffee, reading, and podcasts are some of my favorite everyday pleasures.

Scheduling:

I offer therapy sessions by appointment during both daytime and evening hours. Sessions are available via a secure telehealth platform, allowing you to meet from the comfort and privacy of your own space. I also offer limited in-person appointments at my office in North Park/University Heights (San Diego).
